Metro Aviation has experienced exponential growth over the last five years.  As its family of operations customers has grown, Metro has steadily brought in fresh faces to ensure the company is providing the outstanding customer service it has become known for in the HEMS industry.

Metro Aviation has always shown a commitment to their customers, and created a new position that will allow customers to consult with a Metro resource to improve their internal business practices, both clinically and financially.  Eveline Bisson most recently served as the Director for Northwest MedStar, a program operated by Metro Aviation since 1994.  She will now step into the new role of Director of Transport Business Services for Metro Aviation.

“The Metro family is a diverse community consisting of professional healthcare providers, and they are good at what they do,” said Metro President Mike Stanberry.  “This new role gives them a resource for both the business and clinical aspects of HEMS.  Eveline brings a wealth of experience with her and we are excited to have her interacting with the rest of the Metro family in this capacity.”

Eveline has worked in the HEMS industry for twenty years, starting as a flight nurse and moving into leadership positions from there.  Eveline has experience with all modes of transportation to include helicopter, fixed-wing and ground ambulance.  The Association of Air Medical Services recognized her as the Program Director of the Year in 2009.  Throughout her career she has leveraged technology and used innovation to enhance the safety and efficiency of critical care transport, making her a perfect fit for Metro’s forward thinking culture.

“I have enjoyed a positive working relationship with Metro for many years,” said Eveline.  “I am looking forward to joining the team and working to develop collaborative relationships with Metro’s transport service clients.”
