Metro Aviation has appointed Brady Carpenter as Director of Safety. Brady joined Metro Aviation in 2016 as an Operational Control Specialist before joining the Safety Department as the Flight Operations Quality Assurance Analyst in 2017. He was then promoted to Assistant Director of Safety in 2018. He has been instrumental in mining data from the IRIS system and implementing changes to the operations manual and training manual to strengthen safety.
“Brady Carpenter has been an invaluable asset to our team,” said COO Kenny Morrow. “His ability to identify potential issues, proactively find solutions, and track safety data across our entire fleet has consistently elevated our safety standards. Brady’s attention to detail and forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in enhancing our operations, and we’re excited to see his continued contributions in this new role as Director of Safety.”
As Director of Safety, Brady will continue to build on his extensive experience, utilizing safety data and operational insights to further strengthen Metro Aviation’s commitment to safety. Brady will lead a team of more than ten aviation professionals, including pilots and technicians with nearly 300 years of combined aviation experience. His proactive approach and dedication to safety excellence make him a perfect fit for the role.
