Metro Aviation is internationally recognized as a leader in the helicopter completion industry with a reputation for excellence in helicopter completions, safety, and customer service. This reputation has been the catalyst for the recent influx the company has seen in law enforcement completion contracts.

“We are welcoming customers that are contracting with Metro and have never met us or set foot inside Metro’s completion facility,” said Amy McMullen, Aircraft Completions Coordinator for Metro Aviation. “I think that speaks volumes to our reputation and capabilities as a company.”

Metro’s reputation is built on decades of providing an industry-leading standard of quality and service. The staff at Metro is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry; many of them have been with the company for decades. The completion process is highly collaborative with constant communication between the customer and Metro to ensure the aircraft is completed to the customer’s specifications and delivered on time, within Metro’s 110-working day delivery timeline.

In total, Metro has completed or contracted fifty-two aircraft for seventeen different law enforcement agencies. In the last 18 months alone, the company has delivered or contracted sixteen law enforcement completions with seven of those being first-time customers.

McMullen added, “The word is getting out about what Metro can offer the public safety sector and we are honored to be a part of the mission to protect our nation’s citizens.”
